Special projects have become a specialty for Parke Brothers Construction. The challenges involved in executing a construction project in an occupied, operating business, school, or office require a certain awareness, skills, and attention to detail that we pride ourselves on.

Our portfolio of special projects include fullscale demolition and rebuilding of new partition configurations, custom millwork packages, acoustical ceilings, doors and hardware, and design work. The sensitive nature of these types of projects typically include logistical challenges such as compressed schedules, off-hour work, occupied spaces, and limited access for staging/delivery of materials and equipment.
