Eileen Fisher

First of its kind concept store for EILEEN FISHER, a high end retailer based in New York City with 60 stores nationally. Parke Brothers Construction was hired as General Contractor for the complete buildout, and self-performed carpentry/interiors, finish carpentry, and installation of the rainscreen cladding and custom canopy.

The 27′ high facade is constructed using an Equitone fiber-cement rainscreen system and a custom aluminum canopy with concealed drain and decorative hardwood joists. Interiors and finish carpentry package included metal studs/gyp, ceilings, doors/hardware, millwork install, and installation of all owner supplied fixtures. PBC scheduled, coordinated and oversaw all subcontractors and vendors.

The project was completed within the required timeframe and budget despite numerous challenges coordinating the fabrication and installation of the complex exterior components.
