DSW Building JJill Expansion

The J Jill expansion at Crocker Park involved the ground-up addition to the existing DSW building in Spring/Summer of 2014. The project included demolition, foundations, masonry, structural steel, roofing, fireproofing, doors, and concrete work.

A transformer providing power to the 50+ residents of the building was relocated along with all associated underground main electric feeds. For the duration of the project, traffic flow and safe access for the retail tenants’ employees and deliveries was maintained.

Parke Brothers Construction completed the project on time and within budget, which allowed the tenant contractor to start its buildout without delay.
