Project Description

Parke Brothers Construction recently completed the construction of Kiln, the latest concept by Edgewater Hospitality and Chef Douglas Katz, proprietors of popular local restaurants Zhug and Amba.

PBC worked with architect Bialosky Cleveland and designer Dana Sobota from preconstruction through completion, and in addition to serving as General Contractor, we self performed demolition, metal stud framing, drywall, ceilings, finish carpentry, and millwork installation.
