Flight Cleveland

Parke Brothers Construction served as General Contractor for the construction of Flight Cleveland, a wine bar and retail shop in the Gordon Square neighborhood.

Demolition of the previous tenant space, metal studs/drywall, new hollow metal door/hardware, and finish carpentry were all performed by Parke Brothers carpenters. The project scope included HVAC, plumbing, electrical and lighting. Flooring, paint, and a custom millwork package were also part of PBC’s contract as general contractor.

We delivered this project on time and on budget, and assisted the tenant in obtaining their certificate of occupancy once final tenant elements were completed.
