Perch on Lake Apartments

The renovation of The Perch on Lake high rise apartment community located in Sheffield Lake, Ohio showcased both the carpentry experience and the turn-key general contracting capabilities of Parke Brothers Construction.

On this project PBC was tasked with the complete turn over of up to 10 outdated vacant units per month. The PBC carpentry team’s scope included demolition, haul out, framing, drywall, cabinet/counter installation, hardware, and trim. PBC also pulled from our extensive pool of qualified subcontractors to complete rough/finish plumbing and electrical, as well as carpet and LVT flooring. PBC project managers were responsible for the coordination and scheduling of material inventory/delivery, utility shut downs, and timely completion of all project components.
