Landmark Luggage

At the former Aeropostale location in Crocker Park, Parke Brothers Construction was hired as general contractor to demolish and demise the existing space into two new spaces for tenants Landmark Luggage and The Walking Company.

This project included demolition, provisions for new fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, and interiors. A separate contract included completing a turnkey space for Landmark Luggage, consisting of drywall, paint, millwork, lighting, flooring, and a custom powder coated curtainwall system.
