DNW Building Landlord Work

In order to accommodate 4 new retail tenants The Limited, Hanna Andersson, Athleta, and Beauty Brands, Parke Brothers Construction oversaw and coordinated the demolition and reconfiguration of 3 tenant spaces totalling 17,000 square feet.

Former tenant spaces Abercrombie, Abercrombie Kids, and Hollister were demolished and reconfigured, including new provisions for electrical, plumbing, HVAC including 5 new RTU’s, fire protection, and demising walls. A common service corridor was added along with access doors and lighting. PBC worked with the owner, architect, tenants, and subcontractors to deliver each new tenant shell space to the tenants’ contractors according to 4 different schedules and deadlines.

All the work was performed without disturbance to the retailers and residents of Crocker Park, both of which are located immediately adjacent to and above the jobsite.
