Cell Phone Repair

Parke Brothers Construction performed the landlord-provided scope and majority of the tenant build out at Cell Phone Repair in Fairlawn.

Demolition of the previous tenant space, metal studs/drywall, new hollow metal door/hardware, and acoustical ceilings were all performed by PBC carpenters. The scope also included a new HVAC roof top unit with distribution, electrical and lighting, and fire protection. Flooring, paint, and a custom millwork package were also part of PBC’s contract as general contractor.

We delivered this project 1 week ahead of schedule, and assisted the tenant in obtaining their certificate of occupancy once final tenant elements were completed.
